Another heater problem!

Well my heaters used to work lovely and toasty.. Then when I replaced te radiator they are now freezing cold! I've checke loads of other threads.. Car gets up to temperature.. (halfway) both pipes going to the matrix are hot, no leaks bled the system.. But still not hot air.. Cold is stupidly old but hot.. Is cold

    Any ideas?

Not meaning to hijack the thread but could someone please also confirm which pipe is flow/return on the matrix ?
    Thank you

my heater takes a long time to warm up. The engine temp gauge is still on minimum even after 15 minites driving round town. I would say it could be down to thermostat if it is stuck open then engine would be running cold.

That could be down to the temperature gauge sensor not working properly mate.
