Would this induction kit fit my VTS?

Hi guys, I fancy a change from the green panel filter in my standard airbox on my vts and want to make the engine bay look a bit better. I can't justify spending over £100 on an induction kit that will give hardly any noticeable gains so I found this on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ht_2377wt_1037
It seems the same as a CDA but without the expensive price tag. Do you reckon it would be any good? And would it be possible to put a green cone filter in to it?
    Cheers guys

I'd question the quality of the actual filter..

They are usually sealed and glued up so you cant really swap the filter too easily but if you spent a bit of time fabricating some end plates for it for it you could use the filter enclosure, just depending on how much work you want and is it worth it over the cost of a second hand CDA? The filters these cheaper ones use are just the cheaper cone filters from ebay
