Well how can we tell you what width tyre you'll need without knowing how wide the wheels are?
  7. #7
Right so they're not BBS, they're BSX Rs fake splits. They're 7J wide.

    And a rip off!
  8. #8
That's what am saying he ain't said how wide they are but said 195 45 fit on perfect so thought some1 one here would know.

    So not worth getting then?

Im not a fan of the bsx fake splits tbh, so i'd say dont bother lol. Look for a second hand set of wheels on wheel whores or something.

    Yay lensos

Can get bridgestone potenza 165/50/15 to stretch on them but its a fair stretch and if you arent low enough itll look wanktastic

Yeah it's just money int it, I've been give £300 as Xmas present.

They look good..how could ya tell there fake if was just at lights?
  12. #12
If you know BBS wheels it's not hard to tell a fake. Weave pattern, centre cap design, bolt pattern, shape and size of the bolt head.

I suppose your every day max power reading carpark tit won't know the difference though.

Cause they say lenso on the centre cap Which is different design to thr bbs one the bolt pattern is wrong compared to a real dish the valve is in the wrong place and also is where a bolt should be in there pattern and the spoke pattern differs slightly to a real bbs

you can get worse wheels, they are what they, are an alright looking budget wheel, not a bad xmas pressie lol just keep on top of cleaning the polished bit as they corrode quick if not looked after
  17. #17
theyre certainly alot better than lensos. Lensos can be spotted a mile off becuase of there tiny dish. The dish on those replicas look slightly bigger.

you can usually tell a fake aswell by the amount of bolts. fakes have more usually.
  18. #18
Cheers, will keep eye on them.

Well yeah that's the point not a bad present is it, plus already running 15" 205 gti alloys...

    Just wanted a change
