Not a saxo.. But need help

   My girlfriend owns a ford fiesta zetec 04..
   
   Yestrday it began juddering when accerating.. Today its got alot worse and the engine manerment light has came on.:
   The exhaust is coughing and spitting when the revs drop
   
   The car is fully standard no mods at all..
   Any ideas whats wrong?
   Any help will be grateful

   My misses has got the same car. She has had it stall itself a few times whilst driving over last few months, but the EML wasnt on, it was something flashing on dash called EAC Fail.. It was put on the diag, nothing found. Seems to be a very intermittent problem to do with an accelerator sensor. Not sure if thats similar to what your misses is experiencing.
   
   Also to add, that could be a misfire on your gf's car. Or perhaps some sort of sensor.

   I had this problem on my old saxo....Changed spark plugs and it was fine. Give that a try mate

   and FYI it was exactly the same symptoms.

   Change coilpack plugs and leads very common to fail when you take air box off bet theres loads of rust down plug holes rain water gets in as i say very common do loads at work
