Basicaly. my tail lights are going nuts.
when i turn the lights on the tail lights both work fine.
when i brake only the high level brake light and drivers side brake light come on.
ive replaced all the bulbs including indicator and reverse bulbs.
when the tail lights are on and i indicate right its fine, but when i indicate left the left hand brake light and indicator flash alternitavely.
and when its in reverse and i put the hazards on or indicate left both reversing lights flash along with the left hand brake light.
now, recently i have stripped the rear of the car, and disconected the wiper motor and boot light, but surely this couldnt effect anything?
also ive removed the 6x9's and the cables to the head unit, could i of done something when pulling these out?
if it was a fuse surely the lights wouldnt work at all?
the only earth i diconected when stripping was the one in the boot by the interior light but i put that back on and its still the same.
im guessing its an earthing problem but dont know where they are or which one it could be?
any help is much appreciated, its doing my head in now!
thanks,
rick.
