saxo vts exhaust

   hey iv just bought a saxo vts 1999 without mot or tax the exhaust is on it is a full stainless decat exhaust. my brother has a vtr 1999 also would i b able 2 swap them for mot as his is a standard exhaust system any help would b much apprecated
