just bought a 16V!! but!!!!!!

   hi guys just bought a vts engine.. but!! iain being iain a mong! never noticed the small bit on the engine up above the oil cap.. maybe the (rocker cover?) is'nt their can anyone explain if they know what im trying to explain what that is for?

    apparently eccosse dont do big jobs on saxo's because they specialise in peugeots. i asked them about a conversion on my car a few years ago. here is the reply i got:

    We can do some work for you but mostly smaller jobs such as lowering, lights etc. Any big jobs take a lot of time and I'm afraid that we are too busy with Peugeot work to look at expanding this to Citroens.

    just while im on.. as i have bought the engine and dont know very much.. while the engine is out should i replace any parts??

    Yeah the cambelt & water pump mate,then a full service oil filter oil change fuel filter new plugs etc.

    they probably will mate. they put cams and lightened flywheel onto my mates c2 vts and rr'd it.(it gained 8 bhp from mild cams and lightened flywheel btw) but i dont undestand why they said they wouldn't do anything but small jobs on my car though? 106 and saxo's are pretty much the same
