cant get brake disc off

   Just back in from working on the car, passengers side wheel bearing has been changed no problems but the drivers side disc brake is stuck as the torx screw has been rounded, anyone know how to get it out? Would it just be as simple as drilling it out?

   could either tap it round with hammer and flathead screwdriver or drill it out.
   they're not important anyway

   drill it. you only need to drill the head off. the metal is quite harsh, took a while for my bits to get through. grind off the excess. only a pain when trying to put the wheels back on but no big deal.

   +1 drill the head off get a decent drill bit and some wd so you don't blunt it an push hard come off in a few seconds then either take the excess out with mole grips or leave it there so the disc doesn't move round when your trying to put the wheel back on

   Get a bigger size torx attachment and hammer it until it's stuck in the screw, or as people have said drill it mate
