Troubleshooting, slow starter motor

   Starter motor turns the engine over slowly, most of the time not enough to start it,
   Battery has over 12v
   And 14v when running
   All earths have been cleaned
   
   Anything else I can check?
   Connections look fine

   Change the actual starter itself mate.

   I've got one off eBay it's on the way, hope that sorts it otherwise I will have to buy a battery too

   If the starter doesn`t fix the problem then you may have a break in the cables that go to it mate.
