Vts conversion help please

   Hi guys, I changed my 1.4 to vts n it wouldn't start so I gave up n pushed it out the garage and though I'll turn it over again an it started can't get my head round it drove fine turned it off n on about 6-7 times but now it won't start again any help please?

   is the ecu unlocked also check earth points and connectors check starter motor wires the wire thats held on with 8mm nut it prone to breaking

   as sam has said, check all the earth points/connectors

   Can you describe what its doing when you turn the key?

   Ok I'll have a look later, i sent ecu 2get unlocked shorly it can't be ecu if it ran fine n now just won't start again . The engine turns over just won't fire up. Thanks for your help

   surely i mean sorry lol. i had a look all earth cables look fine still wont start think ill have tow it 2 garage

   Anything lighting up on dashboard when you try start it?
   
   Did you disconnect the immobilisor box?

   nop nothing comeing up on dash m8. yea its unpluged. i took it for a drive was fine turned it off put petrol in n then wouldnt start again n theres no spark

    yea mate just went out n done that still no luck. yea can hear the pump

    check your crank sensor/connection its between the engine and gearbox on the front

    As above mate,the coil pack needs a signal from the crank sensor in order to run.

    Ok mate will do I brought a crashed vts so got loads parts now I'll try a different sensor

    Just been out there n checked it was plugged in fine it don't sound like it's turning over quick enough looks like time 2take it 2 a garage . Thanks for all your help I'll let you know what it was when I find out .
