Important! : really confused

   Hi my saxo vtr temp gauge just above halfway when iam driving at low speed ie 40mph its fine but when i i start building up my speed the temperature gauge starts to rise to 3\4 i thought i would start to fall with the cold air coming though the radiator i have changed everything i can think of but not the radiator can anyone help i am really confused
