Creaking when breaking

   So i used the search button and found one thread in 2007 that didnt answer my question so here we go.
   As the title says realy when im breaking the car makes a creaking noise, (it's not the disc's or pad's) It isnt a constant noise more like a Creak 0.5second gap Creak 0.5second gap and so on. Took it to a garage said somethink about anti roll bar ?
   
   Can anyone shed some light on this please

   have you moded your car because i know that people have had problems wen there cars lowered and anti roll bars corode like fuck, also may be wishbones

   Nope mate car's standard height, wishbones were done about 3month's ago

   twice, how do you know its not the brakes mate, im taking it that ur mechanically minded because its same symptoms as warped disks

   Well, when i took it to the garage he got a screw driver and bent something under the car ( was looking from far away ) and it was fixed for about 5miles. Disc's and pads will be getting changed soon tho as a precausion

   if i have my music down and bring comin to a stop i get a creaking aswell.. but i had checked all the brakes they see to be fine.... could it be a pearished bushen or a dry one?

   i really doubt it would be anti roll bar looking at previous threads, most likely are front suspension mechanisms, bushes, drop links, wishbones etc

   Ok well coilover's should be going on next week so ile change the break pad's and disc's also and hopefully should do the trick.
   Im started to think warped disc's now could of just not heard the noise driving back from the garage.
