#2few hours to fit
1st time i did mine it took me 10 hours ON MY OWN with only 2 trolley jacks, but that was to take my knackered one off, swap calipers and brake lines onto new axle and fit back to car. -
#3wish i new how to do it my self lol would save me alot of ££ oh well it's gota go thru the mot again hope they dont find anything elce wrong with it, not had a car for about a week :'(
-
#4its easy to change, 4 bolts, handbrake cables and brake cables/pipes
-
#6Easy enough providing you can get the brake lines undone from the bugger. If you cant you'll need a flaring tool, fittings and pipe to run more lines which can be a pain in the arse.
-
#7For someone who knows what they're doing... EG a garage, 3 hours maximum! ANd thats being slow!
-
#8Yeah I reckon 2-4 hours for someone who is mechanically minded
-
#9and you DON'T need to disconnect the brake pipes1 user thanked this post:
-
#10why exactly are people disconnecting the brake lines? take the calipers off with lines attatched and then move them out the way...
-
#11Finalllly after 5 days of no car it's Done

-
#12lol at 5 days to do an axle. a record surely?

#14It'l take you a few hours if you don't come across any problems.
