   Wud saab 4 stud 15" rims fit a westcoast n wud Renault 15" 4 stud fit westcoast

   depends if the stud pattern is 4x108
   also dependant on the offset, you might need spacers. Tyres might be too big from a saab

   I thought that about the saab, i wud have fought Renault one wud have fit though, have to check

   renault wont fit they are 4x100, they would need 4x100-4x108 pcd adapters (very rare to find them as alot of people think its unsafe to have these two stud patterms on an adapter
   
   saab's are 4x108 but will need 20mm spacers and longer bolts
   
   my mate has saab wheels and the tires needed changing to 195/45's
