car reving on its own and weird noise from intake

   well the saxo about a week ago was cutting out wasnt holding revs so i cleaned out the intake with carb cleaner and now it revs between 1 and 2k i have replaced the temp sensor and its still doing the same im getting a noise from the intake of a electric motor thats seems to be always on
   
   now what sensor do i need to take off and clean is it the one of the front?
   
   
   also what doing all 3 of these relays do as one of them is going crazy for no reson

   the icv or stepper motor is the black box with the plug under the throttle cable. 3 torx screws i'm sure. its a sealed box. there is a spring looking thing with rubber on it at the back that come into contact with the throttle. spray with wd40. if that doesn't work then its probably time for a new one

   In the first pic you have to remove one or 2 sensor plugs and then un do the hose clip and it lifts off. Be careful if the rubber seal that it doesnt fall out. It may be worth cleaning the little sensor inside here and give it a general clean. iirc, it's something to do with the injection. Add a little grease around the seal and put it back together

   ive taken off the black box on the front and clean up the switch where the spring is and ive noticed it only move about 2mm when you press it should it go in more than that?
   
   the noise im getting only does it wen on idle put ur foot down and is goes and ive cleaner up every where i can just putting it back together now

   not sure about how much movement they are supposed to have. pretty sure its more than 2mm. its been a while since i had one. maybe try another from the scrappy?

   well things went from bad to worse as i toke the rocker cover off todo some thing fell into the engine and when i started it up it didnt sound to healthy so im now taking head off going to clean the head, cheak pistons, take sump off an replace all gaskets and i have a belt kit with water pump too
   
   ive had a oil leak for ages so might aswell do head gasket while its off the road
