   Hello all got a 51 reg vtr with electric windows and every time I put the window down the back falls out and I have to pop out back into the runner then when I wind it up its Realy tight and won't go up so I have to ease the glass forward slightly and it goes up its had a new front runner and a new little clip on the back corner any ideas people ?

   i had this when repainted my doors the rear clip thing wasn't located correctly. so wouldn't allow the window to go up and were really tight.,

   What do you mean by not located correctly it only clips in the hole doesn't it ?

   The clip has to locate into the door to glass seal properly or the window will fall forwards.

   as above there is a little plastic thing on the rear of the glass about 1/2 way down and it's about 1.5-2" long and there is a channel in the rubber for this to sit into if it doesn't then it will fall forward and not go up.

   Yeah it sits in there fine but as soon as you put the window down it just pulls out of that channel
