driveshaft cv joint, wheel bearings or brakes maybe. i had a loud clicking noise but only when setting off first thing it was the bearings. could hardly turn the wheel when jacked up.

might be wheel bearings check it out, as i had a wheel bearing go on a focus estate last year as i was driving rear drivers side wheel fell out was funny but rats at same time lol

cv joints are usually a loud knocking noise on full lock

possibly a wheels bearing or drop link

also check for broken springs, bounce test the dampers check play in the wheels, could be a fault on the steering(i.e rack arm or track rod end)

    You are being too vague.

Is the clicking noise constantly there?
Does the clicking noise go in time with the speed of the car?
Does the clikcing noise go in time with the engine rpm?
Does the noise stay there when you press the clutch?
Does the noise go away when you press the brakes?
Have you got a stone in your tyre? lol

new driveshaft will be the inevitable outcome, regardless if you replace cv joint, what side is it?
