Changing dials and mileage?

   Anybody know if changing the dials will also change the mileage or is the mileage locked in the ecu?

   Its not locked in the ECU. The ECU doesnt have a clue what miles the car does, the ECU just controls the engine.
   
   Analog clocks can be rewound by showing a drill in it or a screw driver.
   
   Digital ones send them off the Ryanmt on here and he can reset them to what you want.

   But changing the miles is illegal and if you get caught they will put you in prison then one day you will be in the shower and a big scary man will come up to you and bum you. Don't do it it's stupid mate

   Hes not changing the miles. Hes correcting some new replacement dials.

   Changing the miles is not against the law at all. Selling a car on without telling the buyer the correct mileage or letting them assume the mileage is
