Basically this is my problem, the rear passengers side is higher than the drivers side after haveing a new axel fitted about 4 days ago... any ideas?

its either been damaged or not fitted correctly

not gonna lie i got it off ebay, it doesnt bother me too much because i only just noticed it and it go through MOT no problem and it feels alot more stable and no clangs from it like my old one.

Yeh will probably feel fine and a lot better than a fucked axle. It's obviously someone who cant read a tape measure when lowering

not had it lowerd though unless the guy i got it off lowerd it but it's no massive problem, ill get the garage to check it out sometime when i got some ££ to spare

The lower side looks like it has been done, higher one looks like normal height

also put some rust protection where the wheels been rubbing can see its shiny from where wheels has rubbed

It just hasnt been lowerd correctly.

Alryt nothing to worry about then, i put waxoyl underneath where i think corossion is most likely to happen as i only had a can but will be waxoyling the whole thing eventually thanks.
