rocker cover broken bolt help

   hi all
   today i've painted my rocker cover and when i was putting it back in the car, while tightening bolts the left one broke.
   how can i fix it?

   Ideally go to the dealers and buy a new stud and nut but if not, take the cover back off and undo the piece thats left, put it back on and use a long bolt. Will do you fine until you can get to the dealers to get the proper stud and nut.
