Exhaust.. Has anyone?

   Has anyone got on there vts a 4 branch manifold with a cat in then a straight pipe to the backbox? Basically a cat back? But without the silencer box in? I'm thinking of doing it si want to know what it sounds like? Loud or not? Mines straight through ATM but it drinks fuel like water and when your foots down its loud! I love the sound but would like to save few pennies and be better for m.o.t time.

   i did have this setup on my old vtr, was loud but noticable reduce in power and the cat rattled a lot

   The saving by sticking a cat back on will hardly be noticeable, not worth bothing.

   exactly i dont think the cat will have any effect on your fuel consumption
