How Do you Make VTS AirBag Light Go Away?

   My car passed its MOT Yesterday even though the airbag light is on. But i am told for its next MOT i need to have the light turned off.
   Problem iv got is how do i do this?
   As i have removed the original seats and cut the wires.
   I have also changed the steering wheel.
   So i have no Airbag in the seats or steering wheel now.
   I cant take the bulb out or put black tape over the Airbag light as the new MOT test is that they want to see all dash lights come on and turn off when car is started.

   what i did with mine was bridge the orange connector on the sterring wheel with a 10 amp fuse

   Ok i may have to try that. Also sounds silly, but is there anyway of just connecting it up to the passenger airbag? As i still have that in place.

   im not sure mines a vtr converted to vts so i dont have passenger airbag

   I think you can just put resistors on the wires under the seats, just can't remember which ones you need :/

   Right if you don`t mind disconnecting the airbag from the wiring but leaving it in place then get these.

   Basically undo the upper & lower steering column shrouds & where the wiring comes up from the dash you`ll see your orange airbag wiring plugs disconnect these & put the resistor into the plug coming up from the dash.Please note your airbag will not work in the event of a crash the mod will just turn the light out.
