drum to disc convertion

    the radius arm bearing on my rear axle on my 2001 vts has quite alot of play in it so i have been on the hunt around my local breakers yard to try find another axle but alli can find is base model saxos with drum brakes on,is it hard to convert one of these axles to run my disc brakes?

    You'd need to replace the stub axle's, better off keeping the drums and just changing the brakelines
