wont start golf

   ok so a few weeks ago my tensionor gave way when i was driving so i stripped the head off on my vw golf tdi luckily it didn't hit any of the valves so ive put it back together and now when i turn it over it trys to start but wont fire up so today i got it up on the ramp again and checked all the timing marks and they all seem ok but still wont fire up it starts on easy start though so now im confused on wot it could be any advice if you have done this on a golf before its a mk4 gt tdi on a 1999 were the fuel pump is rang on the cambelt etc

   I take it you have you bled the system unless its self bleeding?

   yes m8 you bleed it through the top injector diesel is cuming out so i no there is no air in the system now but still wont fire up

   cheers for the link m8 but i managed to get her running now thhe camshaft was out by 180 degreese so that why it wouldnt fire up but now it fine starts on the turn of the key
