Window come off the runner

    This morning my car was frosted over i was trying to get to work in a hurry and didnt deforst the car properly i pulled the window down and the it has come off the runner i managered to wind the window back up but will i need to take the door card off to reline it all proplery again

    I am a heavy handed doenut i know hopefully someone can help with a quick fix idea
