Right time to spend money.. Idea's?

    Hey so.. Sellin my bike tomorrow cheap for quick sale, £550 but want car lowering so that will leave around £400.. Car has vts wheels and is a black vtr, can't upload pix cause on phone but do have a progress thread..

    I'm just after a few idea's what to spend money on.. I know it's my car and what not I'm just after few ideas, and yea I've checked progress threads.

    So what nice interior/exterior or w.e do you suggest..? And don't want 4-2-1 exhaust system just yet,

    Gti seats?
    Smoked jewels?
    Etc..

    Nice set of angel eye's around £65 second hand £130 new
    Smoked jewels £45
    GTI Seat's good condition £100-200
    Backbox if not wanting full exhuast system £50
    Pressed plates £25

    Thats what i would do

    The gti interior is a must after you have sat in them any other seats just wont do the job

    I got mine off 106owners for 50quid about 2months ago, only had 1rip but a fair few cracks but i didnt care some cleaning tools i used got rid of the major ones

    Don't bother with angel eyes, just smoke the standard lights, it looks so much better imo.

    to be honest, with £400 i'd get a really nice set of wheels to set the car off after lowering it

    i have very decent gti leathers and i wouldnt sell them for less than £300 7

    if it was me id get some gti cloth seats, 1.1 door cards, clear rear jewel lights (bottom half tinted red), smoked angels, pressed plates, Hids, black headlining and interior plastics etc

    Where could I get headline done? Ive seen guides on how to do it your self, but dont fancy doing it my self lol

    i remember them days! unfortunately its not quite like that anymore i sold my old set in average-good condition for £115 (front and backs seperately)

    and bought my new set which are as mint as yours for a little over £210

    OP: to be honest after lowering and a decent interior id just concentrate on tidying it up a bit. As in spray the insides of the lights black and the grill etc.
    also if you listen to music, a sub makes a massive difference to sound quality

    Na don't wanna strip it out lol,

    Yeh was thinking about sub tbh, as it's already got the cables ran through the car .. Red one goes to a battery but there's a brown one I'm not sure where it goes lol.. Is it a earth?
