Dump valve on a TDI?

   Debating on one of these for a Leon TDI 1.9 but is this any good?

   Imo a dump valve on a DT is a no go, but plenty of people do it. Ssqv dump valve ftw though...

   You cant run a dumpvalve on a diesel as they use fuel pressure to regulate the engine speed so there is no excess back pressure because there is no throttle valve/butterfly valve.
   
   the diesel dumpvalves just simulate the woosh-tish, but has not performance function.
