Need help fast

    Hi guys

    right then well i have a saxo that used to be a 1.0 and i have put a 1.6 vtr 8v lump in but i have got a SUPPOSED unlocked ecu for it but i have plugged ecu and unplugged the areal coil from the key and the imobiliser but still no spark or power when i multi meter it just 0.00v plz plz plz help me

    you havn't done what i did put a wire that should be a live on an earth, the one i did were around the starter motor. earths are yellow and green just like houses. and there were a black wire with a 'O' connector on it that should have gone to live.

    was pulling my hair out for about a fortnight untill i realised this while flicking through the wiring diagram

    and could that be why there is no fuel prime and no spark

    but the engine turns over fine just dont start

    Did you put the plug back on the fuel rail attached to the inlet manifold? Or even the one on the top of the coil pack...

    yes iv done them both but thers no power to the coil pack as iv multi meterd the plug

    is it a single plug ecu?? if so i got a spare 1 that is unlocked. u can hav it if it works

    yes it could be. mine turned over. no spark, fuel pump wasn't priming. the imobliser light were flashing on the dash. but it turned over like normal.

    swapped this wire to the live on the starter first flick of the key and she started.

    could have cried

    how much or for free keep it to one side for me and tomoz ill look for a wrong earth and if i cant find one ill pm you

    alright mate cuz how could i of got them wrong cuz there one big fat one (always lie from battrie) and one little one that much so to the key
