twang from rear

   ok so the rear of my car does like a tight guitar string twang . quite alot. only started doing it after we attempted to lower rear haha. when lowering the rear we go to.
   
   -wheels off
   -undone drivers side cover
   -undone offset spacer and nut in passengers side
   -tried socket and nut method of removing but wudnt budge
   
   had to go to work so but it all back together and now its doing this
   
   and there is no guitar in my boot !!

   ARB plate will have come slightly loose as they are usually in with locktite. Just tighten it up again!

   and that will sort the twang? how is the plate twanging? yer i didnt put any locktite on it?
   have you had this before?

   I had it on my old VTR after it was lowered. It is just the plate moving and it makes a pinging noise, not sure how but tightening it up did the trick. Just be careful cos they can shear and then you've got a job on your hands!
