   hey guys i want to uprate my head gasket can anyone tell me exactly what i would need to do this and if its something that i could do myself r best to give to a pro anyhelp would be mega

   Not really such thing as a up rated head gasket.
   
   Standard h/g will be ok.

   As already said no such thing the only difference is good and bad quality items, I just order mine through my local motorist discount shop I wouldn't no which makes are better but I paid £120 so I'd hope it was a good one lol

   make sure it's z multi layer steel aka mls
   
   if you want a proper uprated one then you want a spesso one. though they ain't cheap
