gearbox

well i changed the oil in me gearbox and its a little bit quiter but its still whining might need a new box/clutch<img src= "smileys/smiley6.gif"> anyone else had this problem?

hey there, sound's to me your diff is about to go. does it get noisy when you lift off the accelerator? thats what happened mine, had to get a whole new box

mine has started ticking ( going tick tick tick) when i lift off... going to take it to citroen first thing in the morning!

gear box is fucked m8! my vtr started to do that in reverse, it was fine until u put ur foot on the clutch and let it free wheel, then it started ticking like fuck! had to get a new box! cost me near on £600 <img src= "smileys/depressed.gif">
