coolant bleeding

   i know where the 3 bleed points are under the engine but the 1 on the radiator doesnt get water through no matter wat way i turn it help plzzz

   One on the radiator is kinda stiff i used a pair of grips to turn it, should pop up.
   
   Open all bleed niples poor coolant in and when coolant comes out each one close it

   i remove the bung alltogether on the rad, then holding the bung with pliers i put it back on when coolant starts rushing out, helps not to burn yourself
