Mk2 front lights and bulbs

   I bought some night breakers the other day and have had them fitted to my standard mk2 lights but they don't seem to be and brighter or clearer. Inside the lights where the builds sit there is like a little shield. Is this stopping the bulbs from being better? Do all mk2 lights have these in if so how do you remove it?

   I think you can unclip them if I remember. Im not sure if its advisable though, I think they are to stop other drivers looking directing into the bulb and causing dazzle.

   Theyre there for a reason. Lights properly adjusted?? Gone down a dark road? (Mine dont seem good until youre in pitch black!)

   Yeah I've gone down a dark road and some country lanes they are great on full beam but when there dipped they are worse than the ones I had in before.

   i have same problem mate. Need mine aligned i think that should solve it. Same to you. Just make sure the bulb is in right and get your car to an mot centre and ask them if they could do your lights.
