Depends what you want from it after you are done. If you wish to still keep a relatively balanced and usable road car then a good quality damper and spring set will do the trick. The rear will just be lowered on the torsion bars and you use the dampers to stiffen it up a bit. I would generally recommend a bilstein yellow front and rear damper set. If you just after look or if your doing track work then there are other options.

look on kamracing for either an apex or spax kit.
depending on where you are in the country, theres guys on here who can do the proper way for cheap

cheers guys, with doing the dampers and springs i have been told that the damper side of it i quite difficult? when it comes to fitting the kits can i be done from home or is it alot easier just to put it into a garage for it to be done?

its not particularly difficult. If things are siezed and rusted it can be a pain sometimes doing it at home but its all relatively straight forward. Once you have the whole suspension strut off and the spring off, the damper is only held it by a cap which unscrews off.

all depends how confident you are at doing things yourself

Yeah I give most things s go on my car but when it comes to something like this I'm starting to think twice incase I do cock it up :/

you cant really cock up the front tbh just take your time, and possibly have an angle grinder at the ready incase your droplinks wont come off. Apart from that, if you have all the tools like spring compressors, mole grips, socket set, large bar for the ball joint etc, you should be fine

Its the rear you want to worry about
