I'm going to lower mine next weekend so I'm gonna whip the camera out and do a proper "How To" guide as one doesnt seem to exist on SaxP.

Just hit them harder, put some muscle into it and you will get them out within 5 minutes, rarely takes any longer.

most guides will tell you how to do it but give you nothing when you get rounded torx bolts, stripped threads, stiff bars, damn near welded in arb's and damaged bearings.

not a lot to it but can be ball ache sometimes

Rounded Torx - Hammer & Punch & Chisel
Stripped threads - Tap and Die
Stiff Bars - Heavy hammer, bigger muscles, or heat if its genuinely that bad
ARBs - They're easy unless they are actually welded in lol
Bearings - Replace, tap out, clean out, tap in,grease job done

ive just finished it, and the combination of knackered drop links, rounded bolts and 13 years of rust and mud meant its taken me pretty much 2 solid days
