What size is the nut on a rear caliper brake line?

    flexi hose 13mm into caliper and 11mm into brake line as i remember

    Good luck getting it off, go buy a brake pipe spanner, it's a C shaped spanner that has a gap for the pipe so it grips more of the nut and even then it'll probably round off...

    If all it's going to do is round off, stop, just cut the pipe off at the unions and use an 11mm socket to un do it, it's your best option, then either buy some copper brake pipe from a motor factors with unions and a flaring kit ~£40, or take the pipe you've cut and ask them to make one up for that length, probably cost about £5 a side...

    You'll also need to un do the 13mm bolt holding the flexihose to the torsion bar so you can un do that union.

    Well the bleed nipple snapped and the brake line one is giving me hell

    My braided lines are in the post so I'll chop it off and use a socket I think
