Willl a VTR boot spolier fit on a standard Mk1

   I've got an option to get a VTR spoiler but have a standard flatarch Mk1.
   Will this boot spoiler fit with no mods to it needed and would it be best to tiger seal it on..?

   not sure which is exactly the vtr one but i know one screws threw the gass itself.but if its screwed in the roof tiger seal should be fine

   Sorry, just to clarify, a mk1 VTR spoiler will, a mk2 won't.

   MK2 spoilers screw through the glass, not sure how MK1's are connected but I tiger sealed a MK1 spoiler to my flat arch when I had it, and yeah mate a MK2 to will, just need a bit of modifying to fit as you wont have the holes through the boot window

    if you get the back window which already has the holes(vtr/vts full tailgate) then you CANNOT drill though the glass ive enquired this with autoglass when i brought a dimma spoiler, i just brought 2 screws and drilled through the metal and stuck to glass with tiger seal
