I assume you have some sort of syringe to actually fill it up, aint gonna be easy using the bottle. There is a plug on the gearbox that you need to remove to put it in. (Can't really get a pic though to show you exact location)

    like these:

full lock the steering wheel to the right and the plug is in the passengerside arch, (think its a square nut) on the side of the gearbox.

be careful as too much oil can split ur d/s sills

cant really over fill . I normally fill it from above with the bottle in the hole (decent bottles have a long straw that pull out) until the gearbox oil starts to seep out of the hole on the side. And who ever told you it was 2 ltr's was spot on you will have none left after your done.

I remove the level plug (top one) and pour the oil in through the breather on the top until it starts to run out.

Agree with this way, you know its the perfect amount that way, and you don't have to try and fill it up from the side, which is pretty awkward with a squeezy bottle. (You'll see what I mean when you try and get the last bit in the bottom in) . I suppose you don't really have to take the level plug out though if you have exactly 2 litres when filling from the top, I just prefer to.
