stuck torsion bar bolt

  1. #1
on the bar connected to the arm on the passengers side, the bolt on the drivers side end of the bar is stiff as fook and my efforts to remove it have rounded it off. any suggestions on how to sort it? i was going to just bash the crap out of the bar, bending the washer but pushing it all out but its fooking stiff

sharp tap with a hammer and chisel is the norm with these bolts

Longer chisel, shocks undone and removed, maybe move the brake pipe bracket out the way more.

serves me right for using a shitty plastic handled chisel. a solid metal chisel knocked it off in about 3 hits!
