on the bar connected to the arm on the passengers side, the bolt on the drivers side end of the bar is stiff as fook and my efforts to remove it have rounded it off. any suggestions on how to sort it? i was going to just bash the crap out of the bar, bending the washer but pushing it all out but its fooking stiff

#2sharp tap with a hammer and chisel is the norm with these bolts
-
#4Longer chisel, shocks undone and removed, maybe move the brake pipe bracket out the way more.
-
#5long chiesel or heat it up with blow torch
-
#6might give the blow torch a miss when im working right next to the fuel tank.....
been giving it plenty of shit with a hammer and chisel for the past half an hour and all i have achieved is drawing blood from my finger
any more suggestions? -
#7serves me right for using a shitty plastic handled chisel. a solid metal chisel knocked it off in about 3 hits!
