Scuttle panel-1 piece or 2 ..?

   Just a quickie..is the scuttle panel in one complete piece two..also from memory I think the two end bolts are a strange kind of stud...do I need a special tool to remove these?
   
   (I've not got the car with me to run out and check but I know I need a new one!)
