Gaz coilover spring measurements

   Im currently running gaz gha coilies on my Vtr and I'm after getting shorter springs so I can slam it. I know where to get the springs from. I just need to know the internal diameter measurements. Heres the list of options Faulkner custom springs
   
   Any help is greatly appreciated
