15s on a 1.1

    Looking to get some 3 stud alloys for my 1.1 which'll probabley have to be 15in rims up from the 13in steelies it's got now.

    on 15 inch wheels what's the maximum tyre profile I could go to before getting any rubbing/other issues?
    Car is down 40mm btw

    Use a 195/45/15 tyre all round to be on the safe side.

    You could use 195/50/15 but may experience some rubbing.
