Reving when taken out of gear

   When i am accelerating to 3k revs and take it out of gear, my car will carry on reving up until i put in into to another gear. (i am not touching the pedals btw)
   
   
   it will also go lumpy when im cruising in any gear (mostly in 5th) only when my foot in slightly on the pedal, when i push harder on the accelerator its fine and when i take my foot of its fine.
   
   Sticky throttle?
   
   maybe airflow sensor?
   
   any help please

   Mine used to do this.. the rev'ing was ICV, I cleaned it, then turn the ignition from 2 to 3 .. and start it on the 7th, reset's the ICV. fixed.
   
   And mine doe's the lumpy thing with little throttle, I think it's the MAP sensor.. which is like the airflow sensor of these car's.
