vts won't start

   hello i have a mk 2 vts and i havnt used it for afew days, i came to start it and it seemed like the battery is flat. could the cold weather kill my battery? i tried using jumpleads off my van for 20mins and it started once then cut out as it wouldnt idle properly, after another 30mins of jumplead action..still no go
   
   any ideas, cheers

   Take the battery out & charge it up overnight mate.

   i dont have a battery charger mate, am i goin to have bite the bullet and buy a new battery in hope it works or buy a charger??
