   hello people is there a certain type of paint i need to spray the cam covers, im wanting to clean the bay up a bit thanks guys

   Nope any paint will do aslong as the prep is spot on

   would i have to take them off to do it or can you get away with doing it while there on?

   I would take it off, or go scrappies and get a spare, but remember the gasket when changing them over

   thanks guys ive got some spare paint left of spraying my grill ill use that, and get gasket sorted, will have a look on the net for some

   if you want, it's under £30 for a new one from main dealer and it comes with gasket.
