Neeeed help please!

   hey my saxos got a misfiring problem ive changed the coil pack and the spark plugs. the engine sounds like a bag of nails and there is a loss of power, also it takes a while to build revs and if i can get the revs to about 5k the engine pulls back like when you drop gear but its more rough.
   
   ive had it plugged in to a diagnostic machine and it says mis-fire on cylinder 4? anyone know how much this could cost me to fix?

   Could be injectors :/ or tappets are majorly tight/loose, what engine is it?

   could be a headgasket. blowing between 3+4 happens all the time on puntos' they are common for it.

   its a vtr so 1.6 engine
   ive put injector cleaner in the car and done about 75 miles with it and no improvement ill have to check out the tapets today i think
