Gearbox

   I've had a whining noise on my car since I bought it, + I though it was the clutch bearing. But all the clutch has been changed today and the sound is still there, apparantly its a bearing that's gone in my gearbox and I'm gunna need a new gearbox? How much roughly is a reconditioned gearbox?

   Ask someone on here if they're breaking their saxo who lives locse by you. Im sure they'll give you one kinda cheap and atleast youll have some confidence it'll work.

   reconditioned items go for a fair bit. You need to think if its actually worth it? a good condition second hand gearbox can be had for as little as £50 and can last a fair while
