Removing Central Locking Solenoid?

   What attaches the C/locking solenoids to the vehicle and how do you remove them? I'm in behind the door card so skip that, just can't see how to detach it from the locking mechanism. Thanks.

   a bit of trial and error mate. i too the plugs off and just wiggled and jiggled it and it came out. i belive you need to pop one of the links off then you can move it.
   
   and also i belive it is just pushed onto the door by a clip. or you have to turn it 90 degrees and pull.
