#2Whack a bolt in there and hose clamp it in place? Or tie wrap around the bolt? Pikey fix but it should hold.

#3Will mean its un usable in the future though.Quote:Whack a bolt in there and hose clamp it in place? Or tie wrap around the bolt? Pikey fix but it should hold.
OP I don't quite understand which pipe or which end of the pipe, the one in the engine bay or actually by the fuel filter under the car?? Vts runs a fuel return so there are two sets of pipes. one line has green connectors and the other fuel line has white connectors. -
#4On the fuel filter..... Pipe connect to the back of the filter and one to the body of car if u will..... I've had to use a vtr pipe and it has a 3rd connection the one that connects to the back of filter then it has a upwards tube about 1 inch

#5Right so everything else is definitely connected up fine. As in you still have a line all connected to the front. Another running back fully connected and a 3rd pipe thats about an inch?
As said whack a bolt or screw into it should work as its not needed. Longer term i'd advise you get a vts part though as bodges should be a temp measure haha -
#7Everythings fine apart from that, replacing filter snapped vin pipe no scrappys seem to have vts so besat I cud do was get a vtr pipe... I thought fuel might drip around sides if put a screw or bolt in which is y I didn't do that originally, anooyin friggin car

#8Nope, not if you secure it properly with a hose clip.
