Exhaust

When i bought my VTR wheels the guy gave me a backbox he had on his Vtr. Its 3" bigbore, the connector at the end is different to my 1.1. the 1.1 has like a female connecter which slots on the center pipe. but the bigbore has the male connecter which is the same as the center pipe. is there anyway i can fit it without having to weld/cut the other connecter off the bigbore and replace it with the one on the 1.1 exhaust?.

Sorry if it doesnt make perfect sence im struggling to explain it in words.

technically you could cut/adapt/weld anything onto anything with any size. I'd suggest you to buy parts that fit instead of trying to bodge your way around, all you'll achieve is mess up the back pressure.

i got it for nothing, so i thought if i could get it on saves me buying a new one, looks decent too. Oh well i'll have to save, only want a backbox not full system. still like £100+ for decent one

a weld would be the best bet a garage would probably only charge 20 to 30 quid

you can buy a join kit from any auto trader shop wich will link both ends without cutting or welding it up mate
